I- ERDAL KARDAS
Attorney at Law

He was born in Nazilli in 1967 and was admitted to the bar in 1990 in Izmir.
Education: graduated from the English branch of Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School in 1985, and the University of Istanbul Faculty of Law in 1989.
He has the participation certificate of English for Lawyers Course from the Institute for Applied Language Studies from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland (1997). He took German Language Training in the Goethe Institute (1997-1998).
Having worked with various law offices he presently works as attorney and manager of the Kardas & Partners Law Office of which he is the founder.
Member : Izmir Bar Association, International Bar Association = IBA which is centered in London, and  International Young Lawyers Association (Association Internationale Des Jeunes Avocats) = AIJA which is centered in Brussels.   Also a member of the Turkish American Businessmen’s Association and the general secretary of Izmir branch (TABA-Am Cham Izmir), and Bornova Anatolian High School Education Foundation (1985 Representative), and a former member of Turkish Bar Association Foreign Relations Committee. Also acting as a consultant of Aegean Region Chamber of Industries, and working in the Ebso committee of Industrial Relations.
Having worked with various law offices he presently works as attorney and manager of the Kardas & Partners Law Office of which he is the founder.

II- YELDA TOPUZ KARDAS
Attorney at Law

Born in Kinik in 1972, admitted to the bar in 1996 in Izmir.
Education:graduated from Bergama  High  School in 1989,  and the  University of  Ankara Faculty of Law in 1995. She also attended a Post Graduate English Preparation Class in Middle East Technical University (1996). She acted as the contracted attorney of the Aegean Regional Management of Commercial Union Insurance Company. (1998 – 1999) and she has been working with Kardas & Partners Law Office since February 1999.
Member : Izmir Bar Association, She is also Environment Movement Supporter of Izmir Bar and a volunteer member of Tema Foundation.

Born in Izmir in 1982 she was admitted to the bar in 2005 in Izmir. She graduated from İzmir Özel Türk High School (2000), and 9 Eylül University (2004). After completing her internship, she continued her career with some other Law Offices. Then she started to work with Kardas & Partners Law Office. She works in the fields of General Law and Civil Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law and Litigation and all the fields of the Civil Law…

IV- TOLGA KARADAG

Born in Izmir in 1982, graduated from Izmir Turk College and Selma Yigitalp High School (2000) and Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law (1999-2003).  He started his lawyer internship in Kardas & Partners Law Office in 2005 and he has been educated in English and has a Toefl certificate.

V- Sanem ERGUN
Attorney at Law

Born in Izmir in 1972, graduated from Izmir Tevfik Fikret High School (2000) and 9 Eylul University, Faculty of Law (1997). After her lawyer internship, she worked in human resources department of the companies as labor law specialist and later on she started to work in Kardas & Partners Law Office as an attorney. She works in the fields of General law, Labor Law, Social Security Law, development of human resources department for companies and litigation.
She has a good level of French and English knowledge.

Execution Department Manager

Born in Usak in 1955, graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Social Sciences. He started his career in Usak Courthouse as an execution clerk in 1980 and in 1984 he advanced in his career as an execution manager. He continued his career in several cities in Turkey. He finally worked in Izmir Karsiyaka as an execution manager in Courthouse and he retired in 2007. He started to work with Kardas & Partners Law Office and he is now, in charge of execution department of our law office.

Born in Izmir in 1979 she graduated from Bornova Cimentas College. She started her interest in law and worked with various law offices as an execution clerk for period of seven years.
