The services rendered by Kardas & Partners to its clients are provided using the L.E.C (Litigation Execution Consultancy) system. These services fall into two groups, Litigation Services covering court cases and execution proceedings and Legal Consultancy Services on advisory basis.

A. LITIGATION and EXECUTION SERVICES :

Litigation Services covers representation of our Clients during court cases and execution proceedings. Accordingly Litigation Services include; representation of our Clients at all stage of court cases and execution proceedings.

As to Turkish Law, execution proceedings allow our Clients to be able to collect any material claims of any kind, by way of sequestration, seizure and the relevant proceedings arising out of execution proceedings. In connection with the aforesaid, we render services on legal claims of our Clients arising from accounts, invoices, checks, bonds etc in accordance with the Law of Execution and Bankruptcy. As to Turkish Law, our Clients may obtain a tax advantage at the end of the fiscal year in cases of non collection of any legal claims by way of execution proceedings.

B. LEGAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES :

Legal consultancy services include legal audits and due diligence facilities allowing our Client Companies operate in a sound legal way and minimizing any potential legal disputes and any kind of consultancy services on demand basis.

In operation of protective legal consultancy services, our Client Companies are taken under an intense and through inspection, where any sort of business related practices with legal touch is deeply questioned.

Legal Consultancy Services also include Labor Law and Industrial Relations Consultancy Services applied on Client Company basis including the following:

To make contributions and arrangements pursuant to the operation style and legal benefits of the company within the scope of commercial law, company law and law of debts, and upon request to act as an intermediary for the arrangement of general regulations, to perform arbitration and to act as an intermediary in possible disputes that may arise among the partners.

Arrangement of the legal structure of domestic sales and distribution channels (preparation, execution and inspection of dealerships, secondary dealerships, regional dealership term sales agreements)

Arrangement of the legal structure of foreign sales and distribution channels (preparation of documents related to export, examination of agreements and presentation of legal comments).

Arrangements for purchasing from domestic and foreign markets (preparation and execution of purchasing agreements, purchase orders and proposal forms).

Consultancy for intellectual property (consultancy services to be rendered on the matters of the protection and registration of brands, patents, and industrial design).

Acting as a legal advisory concerned with the relations with brands and insurance companies and pursuing policies and credit agreements.

Informing departments ( During either periodical visits or meetings to be held in the law office to give seminars to the manpower of your company, so that they operate

Participation in trips and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

International legal services (Effective and cost saving legal services shall be provided abroad through selected foreign law offices which this office acts in cooperation with. This service shall also be coordinated by our law office when required.

Direct notification to the relevant persons of up to date legal matters.

Following the occupational safety and health in the company, by means of applicable legislation.

Consultancy about environmental legislation.
