A. LAWYER SERVICES:

Lawyer Services covers representation of your company during court cases and executions in order to collect claims for your company.
Accordingly lawyer services include:

Representation of your company during court cases filed by your company or against your company, to give legal assistance to your company in matters of disputes and therefore carry out correspondence, filing, prosecution and trial representation, to respond to court cases filed against your company, to undertake representation of your company before Turkish courts, Execution Offices, Supreme Court of Appeal, State Council, Administration Courts and Tax Courts.

B. EXECUTION SERVICES

Carrying out collection claims for your company of any kind by means of execution and performance of filing court cases, sequestration, seizure and the relevant proceedings arising from prosecution of executions. In connection with the aforesaid, to pursue legally the claims of your company arising from current accounts, invoices, checks, bonds etc in accordance with the Law of Execution and Bankruptcy, to complete all legal proceedings resulting in collection of your claims and allowing such funds to be deposited into the accounts of the company. In the event of non collection, to pursue execution proceedings in order to obtain a tax advantage at the end of the year.
